The winter holiday season is full of choir and band concerts, dance recitals, church pageants, and fun get-togethers.  These are awesome opportunities to capture precious memories on film (or memory card!).  Catch the unique moments, such as preparing  traditional meals or getting dressed for big events.  Capture expressions of relatives reminiscing or grandparents cuddling with precious little ones.  Get close and personal to your children when opening their presents, bedhead and all. 

Cherish the simple moments in the busyness of this season.

A holiday tag, cut from our Winter Dreams paper, is yours to enjoy this month in two different designs. 

The tag is in .png format to maintain transparency, as well as .jpg format for those who'd like to print them for traditional paper piecing. As shown above in  Michelle's layouts, the tag looks great with or without the fibers, and in colors to match your photos. Have fun using them in holiday pages and greeting cards!

Winter's Whispers

If you listen
You can hear it
Whispers soft and low.
It means that winter is coming
With delicate flakes of snow.

If you stop for a moment
And take a look around
You can hear winter's whisper
And it is a lovely sound.

The first snowflakes fall softly
And cover up the earth
Providing nature's winter cover
So Spring can bring new birth.

Listen to the whisper
And enjoy winter's grace
Look up toward Heaven
And let the flakes fall on your face.
