This month's featured customer is JaNae
Messick, who sent us this innovative use of our 8x10 calendar paks! JaNae
likes to use the calendars in her children's square albums, so drags
the completed calendar page on top of one of our papers, adds more
elements if desired, and has a great memory page sharing what events
occurred that month. Love it!
Supplies:
Adobe Photoshop Elements 3
2006
8x10
Calendar Pak download (JaNae used 2005)
Lilac
Page Pak download (mat)
Tangerine
Splash Page Pak download (ribbon - changed color)
JaNae also sent us this idea on how to
organize her growing stash of CottageArts.net graphics:
"I organize all of my digital resources in
Adobe Photoshop Album by putting a tag on each individual image (like
"paper" or "embellishment" or even more specific). When I'm looking for
paper I can do a search for "paper" and see ALL my options immediately
without having to go through each file. I still have the option of using
Windows Explorer and searching within individual page paks and CDs that
all coordinate together."
Michelle's TIP: Most of our CDs have printable
8.5x11 PDF image catalogs within the Help.html file. Print them out and
put them in a 3-ring binder for easy searching.
Keep Learning!
