This issue's featured kit

As you probably know, or Mom has reminded you, this month brings us Mother's Day. I like to think of this not only as a day to cherish Mom, but to reflect on all the wonderful things that she has done and the blessings that have happened in our lives. This month's featured art, Scarlet Memoirs, has a vintage feel to it...to showcase the past and its treasures, while evoking a feminine aura.

I can remember as a child enjoying all the love and care that comes with family. I can also remember acting out as a rebellious teenager and not appreciating the privilege of being a part of such a family. So, I may not have understood the meaning of family then, but I do now and want to save these feelings and emotions.
