"Let it Snow" by Tracy Leabch

"Let is Snow", created by CottageArts.net customer, Tracy Leabch, with Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0 and the following Simply Digital products: Snowflakes and background paper from Simply Shabby CD were colorized (snowflakes also made translucent) to fit her desired color scheme.  Round charm frames, paper clips, and ropes from Simply Vintage CD were colored to a coordinating blue.  Blue and white frames from Simply Fun CD were layered on top of middle lower photo.  Great job, Tracy!
