May your Christmas be blessed
With joy and peace and happiness.
And may God's precious gift to you
Bless you today and the whole year through.

Thena Smith

As we celebrate the birth
Of a tiny baby sent to earth
We share our joy with those we love
And rejoice in God's greatest gift of love.

Thena Smith

On this most special day of the year
We want to share with those we hold dear
The joy, the peace and happiness
That comes from God above
May you and your family be blessed by
The joy of knowing God's love.

Christmas time is a special time
That makes us pause and consider
The loved ones we hold dear
Some may live far away
While others may be near.

So know that I am thinking of you
And I hold you in my heart
On Christmas Day and every day
Though we may be far apart.

As you celebrate the season
Pause a moment to remember me
And hang a special little remembrance
             On your Christmas tree.

Tiny little baby Jesus in a manger born
In a little tray where the cattle ate their corn.
Tiny little baby came to save us every one
Who would welcome the little one...
Who would welcome God's only son?

Tiny little baby grew up to be a man
Evil nails maimed him and pierced his hand.
Who would console him, who would be the one
Who would comfort him, God's only son?

Celebrate the baby but celebrate the man
Celebrate the sacrifice of the nailed scared hand.
Celebrate the birth of the one who came to give
His life on an awful tree that the rest of us might live.

Winter's Whispers

If you listen
You can hear it
Whispers soft and low.
It means that winter is coming
With delicate flakes of snow.

If you stop for a moment
And take a look around
You can hear winter's whisper
And it is a lovely sound.

The first snowflakes fall softly
And cover up the earth
Providing nature's winter cover
So Spring can bring new birth.

Listen to the whisper
And enjoy winter's grace
Look up toward Heaven
And let the flakes fall on your face.

May His Peace surround you
And His Joy fill your day
And may this Christmas be wonderful
In every single way.

Santa's Wonderland

Way up North is a place they say
That Santa and his reindeer stay.
It is a very happy land
That is fun, unique and very grand.

They say that Santa has a shop
Where all year long work never stops
And toys of all kinds line its shelves
All hand made by little elves.

They say the snow falls all year long
And happy folks sing Christmas songs
And whistle merrily as they go
At least they tell me this is so.

They say that reindeer fly and paw
The most beautiful that you ever saw.
With one whose nose is brightest red
To guide the way for Santa's sled.

They say the place is always the same
And say that Santa knows your name
And that this is his home each day
As he waits for Christmas to come your way.

They say that's where Santa's Sleigh
Is polished and oiled
And shined up so bright
To get it ready for Christmas Eve Night.

Well, I can't say for sure that this is so
But it was told to me by someone
Who should know....
